Woke up to a delectable breakfast spread with freshly baked breads and local delicacies like nasi dagang. The staff's warm greetings made every moment special.
The air conditioning was a bit too chilly, making it uncomfortable at times during the night, steering us to switch it off for a better sleep.

The staff here genuinely impressed me with their attentiveness. They greeted me warmly upon arrival, making check-in a smooth and quick process. My room, the Deluxe King Room, provided ample space and came equipped with useful amenities like an electric kettle for my morning coffee. The comfortable bed guaranteed restful nights after my long days of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight, a generous buffet offering everything from nasi lemak to freshly baked breads, showcasing a nice variety. the room could use brighter lighting, especially near the connecting door. The shower cap in the bathroom needed replacing, and the layout could benefit from a separation between the powder area and the toilet, which made getting ready a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service and pleasant atmosphere made my experience enjoyable.

Swimming pool needs urgent repairs!!! Overflowing trash bins are quite unappetizing!!! Door locking issues are frustrating!!! The hotel's age is showing with outdated public areas and an uneven dining area floor.
